Oh no, it feels like 2013 all over again. Earlier this week, fans went crazy over social media after waking up one morning to find their idol Miley Cyrus’ Instagram account completely empty.
It turned out that the former Disney star had taken down all of her Instagram photos, sparking rumors that she and Liam Hemsworth had broken up again. Many are even wondering if Miley has already started recording a sequel to her infamous song Wrecking Ball.
Disagreement over Starting a Family
After Miley Cyrus blacked out her entire Instagram presence, fans began freaking out on social media. They think that the former Disney star and on-again-off-again beau Liam Hemsworth had called it quits.
Befuddled fans started calling out the couple on Twitter in hopes of getting some sort of a response that could restore their faith in love and happily-ever-after. However, neither Liam nor Miley said anything to confirm or deny the rumors – at least not right away.
The shocking rumor spread to the tabloids as magazines like Ok! Australia and Daily Mail published the news in bold headlines that the popular Hollywood couple has finally parted ways due to a disagreement over marriage and family.
The publications cited a ‘trustworthy’ source close to the young duo who said that while Liam Hemsworth wants to settle down and start a family, 25-year-old Cyrus isn’t quite ready for kids.
The source also claimed that Miley kept on getting cold feet from the wedding. She also kept on putting off wedding plans which had made Hemsworth impatient.
According to Ok!, the couple had been arguing frequently over the last few months which eventually led to the breakup. The insider said that Liam’s entire family has tried to make him see the truth about Miley. Especially the fact that she’s not ready to marry him. And now, after losing faith in their relationship, Hemsworth is utterly heartbroken.
Hemsworth Shuts Down Rumors
Yeah, great story, Ok! Australia, but judging from Liam’s social media posts, it seems like the couple are still happily together.
The Hunger Games star recently posted an adorable video clip on his Instagram account in which he’s seen driving around town with Miley, acting all normal and couple-y. A great way to shut down any break-up rumors, if you ask us.
Miley Cyrus and Hemsworth met back in 2009 while shooting The Last Song, and they have been dating on-and-off ever since.
The two announced their engagement in 2012 but broke it off after a year. But just when fans started losing hope over their reunion, the couple announced that they were together again in 2016 after a four-year hiatus.
